LATE REGISTRATION FOR 2008 SEASON

Still Interested in Playing Pop Warner Football this Fall?
Our regular registration dates are over.  But, we will now be putting interested players on a waiting list for this upcoming season.  It will be on a first come, first serve basis, depending upon openings available.  Players will be put on the list according to the date when registration information and $95.00 fee are received by mail at our PO Box.
Note:  If your child is not placed on a team the fee will be returned.

What needs to be mailed to us:
- Completed & Signed Registration Form (see link to form below)
- Player's name, age, birth date, and current weight
- $95.00 Player Fee    ($75 + $20 late fee)  -checks can be made out to Fox Valley Pop Warner Football
- Copy of Birth Certificate is required
- Parent's name and phone number where they can be contacted

What is next step?
- Players will be put on wait-list and will be contacted about their status.
- All will be contacted with 2 weeks of us receiving the completed forms.

What is final step for registration?
- If player is approved for final registration they will be contacted with date to complete registration in person.
- Player will need to be weighed by League personnel

Player Eligibility Requirements:
Open to all boys and girls from the Fox Valley Area that meet the following requirements:
  -Ages 8-14 (as of July 31 prior to season)
  -Grades through 8th grade (during season.)
  - Weight must be within Age-Weight Schematic

Registration Requirements:
-Completed registration form
-Registration fee of $95.00 & fundraising participation
-Certified copy of birth certificate
-Player weigh-in

General Information:
-The league will have several age/weight divisions for players..
-The program provides players helmets, shoulder pads, hip and knee pads.
-The program provides team coaches.
-The program provides practice and game uniforms.
-Players must provide their own mouth guards and rubber cleats.
