PRE-REGISTRATION FOR 2010 SEASON
Please pre-register on-line using the form on our website.

Pre-registration will allow you to shorten your time "waiting in line" when you REGISTER your child at one of the registration dates below.

Those that have not pre-registered will need to wait in line to have their information keyed into our computers.

All players must register again each year (even returning players from last season).

Pre-registration helps us to improve our final registration process and allow us to determine number of players interested in playing in the fall season and team and coaching requirements.  We will also notify you of the final registration times and dates.

FINAL REGISTRATION FOR 2010 SEASON

All players MUST also REGISTER IN PERSON accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, on one of the assigned dates (see below) in order to complete the registration process (even if they completed the on-line pre-registration form).  All players who did not participate in our program in 2009, must bring a copy of the player's birth certificate to registration.  This will allow Fox Valley Pop Warner Football, Inc. to verify the player's birth date (we do not keep the birth certificates).

All players that do not complete the registration on one of the below assigned registration dates will not be guaranteed a chance to play this season.

Registration Requirements:
-Completed registration form
-Paid Registration fee $75

-Fundraising participation
-Certified copy of birth certificate (new players/first time registration)
-In-person player weigh-in on the Fox Valley Pop Warner Football, Inc. scale

Registration Dates:
- Saturday, April 24, 2010 - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Monday, April 26, 2010 - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

- Saturday, May 1, 2010 - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Monday,  May 3, 2010 - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Player Eligibility Requirements:
Open to all boys and girls from the Fox Valley Area that meet the following requirements:
  -Ages 8-14 (as of July 31 prior to the fall season)
  -Grades through 8th grade (during fall season.)
  -Weight must be within Age-Weight Schematic

Team Placement

All registered players are placed into one of the above divisions according to player's birth date and weight. The players are then placed on teams according to where players live.  The league strives to organize the teams within each division by geographical areas.  However, due to the large geographical areas served and depending on numbers of players participating within these areas, some players may be required to be shifted to another area within the same division.  The process is affected due to the large numbers of players participating, and because the program does not have player try-outs and cuts.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate personal requests for special team placement. 

Division placement for players is determined by FVPWF, Inc.

General Information:
-The league will have five age/weight divisions for players.
-The program provides players helmets, shoulder pads, hip and knee pads.
-The program provides team coaches.
-The program provides practice and game uniforms.
-Players must provide their own mouth guards and rubber cleats.

Late Registration:
Late registered players (those that have completed all requirements ) will be placed on a "wait-list" and will not be guaranteed a chance to play this season.  The late registered players will be placed (if and only if there is room) onto whichever teams have openings within the proper divisions.  Although we try to place late registered players as close as possible on teams near where they live, this is usually not possible.

Late Registration starts after May 3, 2010 for those players that did not register at Plamann on the scheduled dates.

  1. Download the late registration form.
  2. Fill out the form.  Sign & date the form.
  3. Include  Registration fee $75 + $25 late fee ($100 total)
  4. Include certified copy of birth certificate (new players/first time registration)

Note: Players names are added to the wait-list according to the date they are received at PO Box.
         All players mailing in forms will be contacted within 2 weeks.
         Your money will be refunded if we are unable to place the player on a team.
